The #1 app for lean manufacturing

MRP + MES + PLM + Quality + Shop Floor + Maintenance Everything you need for production on a single platform – fast to deploy and easy to use.

Get ready for Six-Sigma level 6

The system gathered statistical data on quality issues and defects, helping you spot recurring problems and identify root causes. Quality control points with step-by-step instructions appeared directly on the shop floor exactly when needed, so checks were performed on time and according to standard. Workers could send feedback and flag waste directly from the app, turning quality improvement into a continuous process rather than a one-off initiative.

Become a paperless company

The Shop Floor app replaced paper work orders and instructions: on a tablet, workers saw their current tasks, work centers, worksheets, quality checklists, and related documents. Supervisors could quickly reorganize people and machines, while operators always had the latest instructions at hand – no piles of paper, no outdated versions.

Real-time simulated operations

The system let you simulate manufacturing orders before they were launched: you could see resource capacity, component availability, and expected cost in real time. Based on that data, the MRP suggested how to fulfill each component: make in-house, buy, subcontract, or source from another warehouse – all from a single screen.

The perfect tool for Kaizen

Every deviation, improvement idea, or worker comment could be turned into a trackable action item, from initial report to implementation. Linking those actions to work orders, equipment, and quality checks gave a full picture of where waste appeared and what impact each fix delivered. In this way, the system became a practical tool for Kaizen: continuous small improvements across the entire manufacturing flow.

Record production and components

Production reporting happened directly on the shop floor: operators recorded operation start and finish, component consumption, and finished goods in just a few taps. The interface was designed for the line, with big buttons, clear statuses, and very few fields to fill in, speeding up work and reducing input errors. It ran blazing fast with no noticeable latency and could even operate offline when Wi-Fi wasn’t available.

Planning that puts you ahead of schedule

Manufacturing orders were scheduled with finite capacity planning, so neither machines nor workers were overbooked beyond their available hours. The Gantt chart made it easy to fine-tune the plan by dragging and dropping orders, reassigning shifts, and instantly seeing the impact on deadlines and shop-floor workload.

All the features
done right.

Everything you need in one place: clear, robust features that actually make daily work easier instead of more complicated.

IoT integrations

Using the IoT box, you could connect label printers, measuring devices, and even machines themselves. That made it possible to automatically record quality readings, print labels directly from the line, and even push configuration parameters to machines right from the shop floor app.

Up/down stream traceability

You could trace lots and serial numbers both upstream to suppliers and raw materials and downstream to customer deliveries. In a single click, it was clear which components were used in each finished product, where they came from, and which orders they were shipped to, making recalls, quality investigations, and audits much easier.

Master production schedule

The master production schedule was the heart of your S&OP meetings: one screen showed demand forecasts, sales plans, and available manufacturing capacity. Sales and production teams aligned on quantities and deadlines using a single shared view instead of juggling separate spreadsheets for each department.

Powerful yet simple

Even though it covered everything you need for a modern manufacturing line – from MRP and MES to quality and maintenance – the interface stayed simple and intuitive for shop-floor workers. No long training sessions were needed: a short onboarding was enough for operators to confidently handle work orders and operations.

Leverage by-products

By-products could be defined directly on the bill of materials, so the system automatically recorded them when the main product was manufactured. This improved cost accuracy, simplified scrap and by-product tracking, and made it easy to turn residual outputs into extra sales or internal reuse.
