Conversations
Support conversation rooms
A support conversation has its own room and participant context. Users work with their permitted rooms, while support administration can review the available conversations.
Real-time text exchange
Send messages through the connected chat interface. The support room receives the message and keeps its sender and timestamp with the conversation.
History and attention
Persistent support history
Reopen saved support messages in chronological order. Ordinary support history is stored separately from the temporary secure-chat session, which has a different retention model.
Unread and read state
Use unread counts and mark room messages as read. The support team can distinguish conversations requiring attention from those already opened.
Checks and accountability
Separate secure sessions
Authorized administrators can create an invitation for a temporary secure session. Joining and signaling follow that session’s access rules rather than public support-room membership.
Integration scope for support
CRM links, ticket creation, automated routing, and AI answers require their own implemented connection. Choose and validate those flows for your site rather than assuming they are active by default.
