Reservations and prepayments
One place for your reservations
Handle reception, walk-in, and bookings from a connected website through the same reservation process. Track rooms, stay dates, guests, and reserved nights, with availability checks before confirmation.
Room nights and availability
Confirmed reservations reserve the required nights. Date and room conflicts are checked before confirmation, including the child reservations of a group booking.
Prepayment policies
Choose payment at the property, a deposit, or full prepayment. Advance invoices and payments stay separate from accommodation revenue; full prepayment must be settled before check-in.
During the stay
From check-in to the final bill
Open the guest folio at check-in, add nightly accommodation charges through hotel day close, and bring restaurant and service charges onto the same account. At checkout, create the final invoice and apply paid advances.
Nightly charges through day close
Hotel day close posts accommodation for occupied nights once per night in an open accounting period. Repeating the procedure must not duplicate the same nightly charge.
Restaurant charges to a guest folio
Post an eligible restaurant order to a checked-in guest’s room account. The charge joins the hotel folio without creating a second restaurant invoice for the same service.
Checkout and room readiness
Checkout with a clear balance
Create the final invoice and apply paid advances at checkout. An unpaid remainder stays receivable; checkout itself does not turn an outstanding balance into a payment.
Rooms ready for the next guest
Arrange rooms on visual floor plans and follow their operational status. Checkout marks the room for cleaning and creates a housekeeping task; completing the task returns the room to clean status.
Groups and guest services
Groups, events, and guest services
Link individual room reservations to a group booking. Book banquet, conference, and SPA resources by time and capacity, with linked service orders and calendar events.
Linked source and result documents
Keep generated orders, receipts, invoices, and other records linked to their source. Follow the business operation across departments without recreating its context.
