Customer context
Client profiles
Keep names, phone numbers, email addresses, tags, manager, and notes on one client record. Maintain context before starting the next conversation.
Recorded conversation history
Review messages stored on the client record and add conversation entries. Channel labels describe the source; live synchronization depends on an implemented connection.
Relations to existing records
Choose a partner, product, employee, or other record through a configured relation. Store its identifier while showing the configured human-readable label in the interface.
Boards and stages
Manage boards and columns
Create boards, then add or remove columns with the available controls. Choose a stage structure that reflects the work before the team starts adding cards.
Cards with useful context
Give a card a title, description, priority, and linked counterparty. Keep the next piece of work understandable to colleagues before moving it to another stage.
Saved stages and ordering
Drag cards between columns and reorder them within a column. Changes are saved on the server; a failed move is reverted instead of silently losing the previous position.
Connected business processes
Create an event from a date
Select a date in the calendar to start a new event. Specify the beginning and end, or mark an all-day event when exact hours are unnecessary.
Linked source and result documents
Keep generated orders, receipts, invoices, and other records linked to their source. Follow the business operation across departments without recreating its context.
