Setup and reference data
A floor plan that matches your restaurant
Place and arrange tables on hall and terrace plans. Follow table availability, select a table for the current order, or use counter and takeaway service where configured.
A clear POS for your team
Give each outlet its own product selection and cashier workstation. Add dishes from a visual menu, adjust quantities, and use the configured payment terminal while keeping the sale linked to ERP.
Kitchen and ingredients
Keep the kitchen connected to the order
Dishes with a bill of materials create kitchen orders in the restaurant workflow. Follow preparation through in-progress and done states, with ingredient consumption and finished-dish stock handled by manufacturing.
Bills of materials
Define the finished product, output quantity, components, and required quantities. The production order uses this structure to connect material consumption with output.
Operation progress and completion checks
Record operations as in progress or done. Completion checks prevent the manufacturing process from closing before its required operations have finished.
Payments and open balances
Settle the way your guests need
Use cash, card, split payment, invoicing, or posting to a checked-in guest’s room account in the appropriate workflow. Track amounts actually received; partial payments keep the bill open until the balance is settled.
Partial payments and open balances
Record amounts actually paid against the invoice. A partial payment leaves the remaining balance open, so payment status reflects settlement rather than an intention to pay.
Restaurant charges to a guest folio
Post an eligible restaurant order to a checked-in guest’s room account. The charge joins the hotel folio without creating a second restaurant invoice for the same service.
Checks and accountability
Close service after preparation and settlement
The table and order close when required kitchen work is done and the invoice balance is zero. A successful card charge alone does not finish kitchen preparation.
Restaurant refunds and reversals
In the configured restaurant flow, full or partial refunds link the terminal reference, return, credit note, and outgoing payment. Check eligibility before contacting the payment device.
Checks before charging a card
Validate the cart, server prices, outlet, table availability, and payment configuration before sending the terminal request. Keep approved payment references for reconciliation and safe recording retries.
