AI: Features

Prepare website and workflow changes with AI, inspect the draft, and decide what to apply. These tools currently require a local administrator setup outside production.

Scope and availability

AI tools for local administrators

Site and workflow AI are currently opt-in tools for an authenticated ERP administrator in local, non-production environments. A configured and authorized AI runtime is required.

Defined scope for AI changes

The current tools prepare page content or process definitions. They do not provide a general autonomous accountant, automatic tax filing, or permission to post business transactions.

Preparing changes

Website draft assistance

Describe a change to the editable page. The assistant prepares static HTML and CSS changes in an isolated draft, while dynamic template structure stays protected.

Workflow draft assistance

Ask for changes to an existing process or a new graph. The assistant works with available actions and returns a visual draft for review.

Checks and accountability

Preview before applying

Inspect the proposed page or process, then apply or discard it explicitly. A workflow preview does not execute the business actions shown in its graph.

Checks against concurrent edits

Applying a draft checks the stored baseline. If the source changed while the draft was being prepared, resolve that conflict before replacing the current version.

Actions with defined behavior

Build workflows from the available executor functions and their parameters. More complex behavior needs a supported action rather than an unchecked promise that any block will run.

Visual process graph

Connect triggers, conditions, and action groups in the process editor. Review the links between steps before saving the workflow definition.
