Financial reports
Trial Balance: accounts in balance
Review debit, credit, and balances by account for the selected period. Use the report system to explore account types, accounts, partners, and journal lines, then open the related source document to understand the transactions behind a total.
Profit and Loss: see what you earn
Follow revenue, expenses, gross profit, and net profit in the P&L report. Review monthly results and margins, then use the report system to explore the accounts and documents behind income and costs.
Cash Flow: follow the movement of money
See cash inflows, outflows, and net cash flow from your accounting data. Compare the movement of money over the reporting period and use the available detail views to understand the transactions behind it.
Cash Position: today’s cash and what comes next
See current bank and cash balances alongside expected customer receipts and supplier payments from open invoices. Choose a forecast horizon and cash buffer to estimate the funds available for upcoming commitments.
GAUS: a management view of performance
Bring profit, margins, expense structure, and monthly trends together. GAUS uses your P&L data to show management indicators, stability measures, and monthly signals that help you identify changes worth investigating.
Multidimensional analysis
3D cube: explore sales and purchases
Explore posted invoice data by period, product, warehouse, and partner. Choose three dimensions for the cube and switch between amount, quantity, and margin, with sales and purchase directions available for analysis.
Know which records feed the report
Financial reports use accounting records; the cube uses posted invoice lines. A draft order and a posted invoice have different meanings and must not be treated as the same sale.
Report configuration
