This offering concerns deploying and operating ZavERP and its connected site. Infrastructure provisioning and additional managed services are defined separately for the project.
ERP through the browser
Run the configured ERP workspace and public site on the deployed application. Users open the relevant address instead of installing a separate desktop client for each module.
Setup and reference data
A separate tenant context
Each configured tenant resolves its own database, settings, site views, and uploads. Your deployment keeps company-specific data and content in the right application context.
Users, roles, and workspace access
Assign access to the people and operational modules they need. Cashier and warehouse terminal workspaces can be separated from the main administration workspace.
Checks and accountability
Editable templates and protected parts
Work on templates permitted for visual editing. Dynamic Liquid components stay protected, and source-controlled templates require the appropriate development workflow instead of an ordinary editor save.
Checks against concurrent edits
Applying a draft checks the stored baseline. If the source changed while the draft was being prepared, resolve that conflict before replacing the current version.
Deployment and service responsibilities
Agree hosting, updates, backups, restoration, and operational support as part of your deployment. Service scope and recovery targets belong in the operating agreement.
